Complaints Procedure

At Stevenage Karate Club, we strive to provide high-quality karate training that supports and includes all students. We also pride ourselves on building open and supportive relationships with our students and their families.

If you have a concern, please speak directly to a club instructor so that we can listen, understand the issue and support you in finding a solution. We encourage open dialogue as the first point of contact wherever appropriate.

We follow the JKA England Complaints Policy, which explains the formal process available should a concern require further action.
